We called this 2023 vintage of our single vineyard Pinot Noir Beau Soleil (beautiful sun) to reflect the warm, generous growing season. Low intervention wine making, combined with
this growing season resulted in a wine that’s elegant and expressive, big but balanced, and one of our favourite vintages to date. Deep ruby red in colour. Dried rose petals, violets, tobacco and leather on the nose. Bright acidity with dried cherry, raspberry and black currant layers. Generous mouthfeel and length to this expressive Pinot showcasing terroir.
