This small-batch whole-cluster Pinot Noir is sourced entirely from our estate vineyard. Classic in colour, this wine is very pinot noir expressive, complex, alive and multi-dimensional. It was wild fermented and aged in neutral Oak barrels and has rose petals and violets on the nose and leather saddle and Christmas spices on the palate. An honest Pinot Noir showcasing varietal and terroir.
